Easy Gnocchi

Ingredients:
300g Gnocchi (refrigerated)
Oil for the pan & the pot
1 Garlic clove
4 stems of Basil
1 tin of Cherry Tomatoes
Pinch of Salt
50g Parmesan,
1 organic unwaxed Lemon, grated
50g Butter
Step 1 | Put oil in a pan and fry the gnocchi until golden brown.
Step 2 | Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the garlic until transparent. Add the tomatoes and season with salt.
Step 3 | Grate the zest of the lemon into the sauce. Grate half of the Parmesan cheese into the sauce as well. Mix everything well.
Step 5 | Add the basil stems to the pot and mix.
Step 6 | Heat the butter in a pot until it is lightly browned. Add to the tomato sauce and mix. Finally, add the gnocchi, mix with the rest of the Parmesan and serve.
